Nicole Myler

Nicole is an experienced property and estate planning lawyer.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and is a Member of the Queensland Law Society.

Nicole has acted predominately in property law transactions across the NT, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and in estate planning and administration.

Nicole can provide advice and solutions in relation to residential and commercial conveyancing and leasing transactions, investment property acquisitions including self-managed superannuation funds and their lending requirements and property developments.  The nature of this work requires great attention to detail and an understanding of the complexities that can arise when transferring property.

This attention is also important for her clients when conducting their estate planning to ensure clients wishes will be carried out in the manner intended.  Nicole has experience assisting clients with simple and complex Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.

Nicole takes a client centric approach to ensure her clients fully understand the nature of their transaction including any options available to them.  She regularly goes beyond the “usual” scope of expectations and has received awards for doing so.  In 2020, Nicole was awarded NT Conveyancer of the Year for going above and beyond.

Nicole has been an active member on the boards of the Northern Territory and National Australian Institutes of Conveyancers since 2010, working with the National Board through the introduction and implementation of Pexa within Australia.  Nicole was instrumental in the preparation and implementation of a continuing education and professional development program for licensed conveyancers in the Northern Territory, completion of which resulted in accreditation of Certified Practising Conveyancer.

Nicole loves those kilts and swords… she is a qualified highland dancing teacher, still dances, competes and enjoys teaching at local studio.  Weekends are family time and a true Queenslander, Nicole and her family regularly hit the beach but are otherwise tending to their menagerie of animals.
